This is the 1st year I've played and I'm in last place. I hope I'm just off to a slow start. I'm getting killed in FG%, Steals, 3PM %26amp; TO's. Any suggestions?

Here are my players.

J.R. Smith

T.J. Ford

Carmelo Anthony

Tim Thomas

Richard Jefferson

Nenad Krstic

Chris Kaman

Andrew Bynum

Stephon Marbury

Antoine Walker

Larry Hughes

Is My Fantasy Basketball Team Hopeless....?
Actually Your team looks pretty good. it's only been a week into the season dont ge frustrated if your team starts off slow, you dont want to make a move you'll regret later on down the line. My Honest opinion is that you need help in the SG and lack the Dominant C position. I'll look to move T.J Ford for someone else. See if Kevin Martin is out there on your FA list or maybe Deron Williams. As for a Big Man Nazr Muhammed goes undrafted in a lot of leagues see if he is out there, and if not try picking up Warrick, or Pietrus both will see plenty of minutes and get good results in the end.

But listen only make moves that will help your team out for the long haul, not day to day. You team is good as is with a few tweaks you should be fine And if anyone doubt my creditals Check my TROPHY CASE , i know what i'm talking about

You dont have to have 1st rounders or can't cut list players to win you league. it's all about managing your team and watching the categories
Reply:yeah ur team is pretty weak.
Reply:just give them time to shine.
Reply:Your team is terrible. There are some rookies and sleepers you can pick up to help you, if they are available:

Leandro Barbosa, Randy Foye, Rudy Gay, Jarett Jack, Carlos Arroyo - and watch David Lee's minutes.

You may have to just punt the FG%, because all of your guys (outside of your centers) have terrible FG%. Forget FG% and concentrate on the other categories.

Make sure you drop Thomas first. He gets very limited playing time and is completely one-dimensional.

Good luck
Reply:You should make them run ladders down the court.
Reply:Did you trade your 1st round pick for 3 3rd picks? I don't see a 1st rounder on that list. (Highest is Billups at 18 on the Big Board.)

My opinion is that you royally screwed up your draft %26amp; stifled your chances of competing this year. Your only chance to survive is to be a waiver wire warrior. You need to stay on top of who's hot %26amp; who's not. Watch for other teams to make some stupid moves %26amp; capitalize on it.

Good luck...you'll need it.
Reply:Gain a little by little. Your starting off bad, next thing you know it you are going to be the master
Reply:No, actually pretty good, but my team is sooo much better
